Your details, kept with care

What we collect

You can use the designer without telling us anything. We only receive information when you send a quote request. That request includes:

• Your name and email address, and your phone number if you give it.
• How you prefer to be contacted, and any budget, timeline or notes you add.
• Your ring design, its estimated price and a picture of it.

To stop spam, we also keep a scrambled code made from your internet (IP) address. It lets us limit repeated requests, but it cannot be turned back into your address. The site may also ask you to complete a quick security check provided by Cloudflare Turnstile.

What stays on your device

The designer remembers your current design in your browser so you can pick up where you left off. It stays on your device and is not sent to us until you request a quote. Your contact details are never saved in your browser.

How we use it

We use your request to prepare your quote, to contact you about it, and to make your ring if you go ahead. We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or use advertising trackers on this site.

Who helps us run the site

The site and your requests are hosted by Cloudflare. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts and the 3D viewer from Cloudflare's cdnjs service, which means those services see your browser's standard request information when the page loads. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not follow you to other sites.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests for as long as we need them to answer you and to keep sensible business records. You can ask us to delete your request at any time.
